Memorial Day Murph WOD

Memorial Day! Monday, May 28th at 9:30am

Join CrossFit Attollo for “Memorial Day Murph” in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.

“Murph” is a CrossFit workout, for time, that consists of:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

***This will be aa Individual and Partner WOD!!

This workout was one of Michael’s favorites and he apparently named it “Body Armor”. Crossfitters refer to it as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
