Intro To CrossFit Course

This Intro to CrossFit class is designed with the new person in mind. We take a slow down approach to give you a full comprehensive view of what CrossFit is.
Our CrossFit Attollo Intro course is designed to familiarize you with the basic Crossfit movements so that you can safely participate in group training classes and maximize your results. Our Intro course session is 2 hours, and includes a warm-up, a skills lesson, a workout, and a cool down. The Intro course will be tailored to meet each individual’s current fitness level.
The goal of the Intro course is to introduce you to:
~Basic CrossFit Movements
~ Appropriate Scaling
~Tracking your progress
What to Bring?
~A good Attitude
~Comfortable workout clothes and shoes
