CrossFit Group Classes

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The CrossFit prescription is performing, “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity.” All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weight lifting, and metabolic conditioning.


Bootcamp for Moms

Bootcamp for Moms is a way for new moms or veteran moms to exercise while keeping their little one and kids by their side. Like all, moms are especially challenged to find time to exercise when taking care of their kids. Training offers a unique and exciting way to create a healthier you. This class is the perfect way to get a challenging workout without the worry of child care or babysitting. Not only can you bring your children with you, you will be providing an excellent example on how to live a healthy lifestyle.

Class is offered Monday-Friday 10:30am to 11:30am


6 Week Bootcamp

Attollo 6 Week Bootcamp consist of 3 workouts per week. You will be able to choose one of two available time options: Tues. & Thurs. at noon or 6:30pm & Saturday 9:30am

It is 6 weeks of constantly varied, high intensity, body weight and light weighted movements. Classes will include circuits, intervals, strength, cardio, and endurance workouts. Each class will be group oriented and packed full of energy. The 6 week bootcamp will present its own challenge for all fitness levels. The bootcamp is geared to challenge the intermediate and advanced individuals, while being scalable to the beginner fitness level at the same time.
*During the 6 Week Boot Camp there will be *NO* barbell work

Personal Training

Personal training may be more of what fits your lifestyle and schedule. Maybe group settings are intimidating to you. In a one-on-one, we’ll be able to focus in on your specific needs and desired results. “You” are worth investing in yourself and your health. We are here to add value to you.

We believe that exercise is only part of the equation in achieving your health and fitness goals. The food you put into your body will directly impact your success, and everyone has their individual needs. We don’t prescribe to fad diets, but we do recognize that there are many tools available for those looking to improve their health and wellness. While our general nutritional advice is straightforward, we recognize that putting it into practice can be difficult. The power of good coaching cannot be underestimated. The right coaches can take sports teams to their championships, businesses to greater profit, and individuals to peak performance.
